Wellness services, a sweet shop, and exercise opportunities are coming to a busy Meridian corner.

The Orchard Park complex on Linder Rd. and Chinden Blvd. continues to grow with places like Winco, Giggy D’s, and the Meridian Library setting up shop. Now, a new set of tenants is set to come on-site.

According to developer Scott Presta, a new, two-building development with space for nine tenants is going up in the lot just south of the former Biscuit and Hogs location. The concrete pad was poured Wednesday morning. 

When the building is complete, it will host a variety of exercise, wellness, and food options. According to Presta, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Mod Salon, Rise Modern Wellness, Master Yang’s World Class Tae Kwon Do, Hayes Chiropractic, and Club Pilates have all signed leases for the property so far.
